The expression now enjoys acceptance among the wider public. You may hear another person insightfully describe the political or economic situation and feel that their analysis is accurate, true and revealing, and the comment strikes your heart, doon jai. It is like hitting the bull’s eye with a dart. The latest fashion, new music or Harry Potter novel may doon jai a teenager.
